Sorry but that X-Factor crap have ruined one of my favourite songs ever.
If you like Leonard Cohens version or Jeff Buckleys they are magical. Alex just can't sing it and it should always be a guy singing it.
Simon Cowell is prat and I'd love Jeff Buckleys version to get to number 1 instead of Alex. I heard Radio 1, Virgin and a few other stations are pushing for Buckleys version which I'd love to happen.
I feel sorry for Alex its not her fault, she didnt choose the song.
But oh! I beg thee to download this (legally lol) so it gets to number 1.
Such a shame he died so young, only 30. He was celebrating his finishing of his 2nd album jumped in a river fully clothed and was never seen again as it carried him to sea. His body floated ashore a year later... Shocking!!! and very upsetting such a talent...
