I can recommend the roast of william shatner too - prob be able to find it on torrent. - The rest of the star trek crew ripping into Shatner - fantastic.

Rob, cheers for those vids. Tried checking them out on last.fm a la your recommendation, but it wasn't having it.
If you're into mad Japanese stuff, have you heard Polysics, Melt-Banana, even the Mad Capsule Markets? Not sure if you're into the more poppy side of things, but Plus-Tech Squeeze Box are also awesome.

Polysics are one of the best bands I've seen live. They do an awesome cover of "My Sharona" as well.

Fudge Tunnel. Was around the same time as Nirvana were starting to break out, and that's probably what contributed to them not becoming that well known. A lot more heavier/grungier than Nirvana, but still damn good.
