personally I like older REM - so here are some of my favs - my younger sister uses their song It's the End of The World for a project in her history class of 12-13 year olds - she's received accolades for it in the US from both the education system and from REM- it's all my fault to I turned her onto them when she was going on 6 and I was 13 - she's probably one of their biggest fans 27 years is a long time to like a band
