Nightshift Nonsense

Hope no one minds, but as I find myself talking shizzle on nights I thought I'd save everyone from having to read through it unnecessarily and make a thread for it. So if anyone is on nights or just up real late and feels like philosophising or just plain complaining they now have a place to do it. That sound fair? Winner!

We have a sign above the kitchen sink that clearly says 'Don't put food in this sink as it will cause a blockage' and you know what? You can guarantee every night, EVERY NIGHT! that there will be food in it. I'm surround by inconsiderate, lazy, ignorant ar$eh0les!

Any of you guys ever used Twitter? Man theres an application for people to transmit the most inane and worthless BS across a wide audience. My bit of wisdom - Happiness is always relative. Even those in bad positions have happy and sad moments. My mate made me realize this when he was doing his basic training for the marines. He still found moments to laugh even when htings were grim. My wisdom fro the day.

My Mrs is currently trying to not let me climb the wall like spiderman! God damn she doesn't know that it would work, given the right amount of positive thought and some real changing of my molecular structure through being able to control the rate at which my particles vibrate, it's completely feasable! I don't ask much, plus that one time I fell out of a fire escape attempting an early demo was just a setback and no reason to stop me from fullfilling my goal.

I could have drilled that hole in my head too if Peter hadn't stopped me (obscure Ghostbusters ref)

hey itch i managed to change the rate of wich my particals vibrate but it didnt work trust me i have te scars to proove it, my god i fukin hurt after that then the misses said if i tried it again she would leave me coz of total and utter social embarrasment


i must admit the time i tried to swing from one building to another using a bit of rope really hurt.

can i just point out that in spiderman 2 at the end he picks up mj and swings away from the sinkin building ........ theres fucking nower for his web to grip on to its stupid i hate thing like that real bug bears of myn.

lol night shifts make me a little crankey

Working nights is alright for me here, only do 3 nights in the rota and i just watch dvd's or play champ manager etc. Means good gaming during the day aswell bcos all the yanks are asleep, lol.

iv ended up with 15 nights this rota

Well i do 3days, 3nights and 3off and it just carries on from there

I'm still trying to move things with the power of my mind and my will combined. It's working too! I'm moving further and further from sanity.

Ichi, if you changed the vibration frequency of your molecules I reckon one or both of the following would happen:

You would become out of sync with this Universe and end up God-knows-where (but he aint tellin).

OR

You would be able to walk through walls, doors, people, anything. Which would be cool, but there would be nothing to stop you walking through the floor and the Earth's gravity would pull you to it's centre. Definately NOT cool, rather toasty actually.

I work 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off. And its mint!!! Now the missus has a job those 4 days off will actually be 4 days off. Bliss!

the 15 night shifts are for a 4 week rota i doo three night shift a week and 1 day shift its absolute bollaks im only contracted to do around 4 but they get round that by saying well if the service needs change i have to change with them

yeah, unfortunately care and support sector is notorious for taking the piss with it's workers. Shite pay, ridiculous hours, and never any thanks for all the hard work. Ok, so I'm buying some games this weekend. However, I'm on nights Sat/Sun and won't be able to enjoy them. So I was wondering if anyone is at home during the day Mon-Thurs next week for some game time?
