Time to apply methinks
I have to say, I like you guys! :D
Had some good times online so far, what with the Night of the Long Knives, and random matches on CoD4. Should parcipitating more in events come next week, as the last assignment for the year will be done and handed in by then :D
I'm sure most of you have met me by now, either on CoD:WaW or CoD4, and I hope it's been a good experience running about with me.
So yeah, mind if I apply?
Cheers,
Bluebear

Re: Time to apply methinks
Nice decision, Blue. Always good to have new members, and even better when they decide to take the next step!
There's easy hoops to jump through, but someone will be along to explain what they are.
Good like with the assignment, by the way!

Re: Time to apply methinks
Yeah, it's not that I can't hear with the standard headsets, its because the audio pickup for my aids is located towards the back of the aid, so I have to position the headset speaker on the back of my ear, which gets bloody uncomfortable. Plus, in that position the mic is practically resting on my cheek.

Re: Time to apply methinks
Don't worry about it buddy, not essential by any means as proven byt the few games we've already played with each other.
You'd have thought someone would have come up with something by now though.
As a thought, presumably the pick-up is behind the ear because it's part of the design and used to anchor it to your ear......is it possible to canibalise an old earpiece to use exclusively with an XBOX headset? Put it under the sponge bit or something....oh god I don't know what I'm talking about do I......time for a cidilla and to watch the rugby methinks.....
You could do an A-Team styleee thing and have it shoot out nails at the TV at the same time if you start getting stressed out!

Re: Time to apply methinks
check this out bluey lad, might fit your needs, separate output for a mic, and you can jack the other into your hifi, or loop if you have one - just an idea. probably cheaper ways to get one than that seller (maybe a supplier in the uk) . would be great to have you in our banter, as you do appear to be a natural muppet

Union, I'm a funny accented Welsh boy so for me it's the O's and Mrs Lemony is a massive Tigers fan.
I've really lucked out with the other half, after a bit of Lemony-love we roll over and talk rugby!!
