Hot Mail HELP ME PLEASE

Rite fellas i need your help

Our lasses and mine, hot mail wont work. We are clicking the hot mail logo on msn and it starts a new window/page and starts to load but just wont work.And then we carnt get rid of the windows/pages on the slide bar at the bottom of screen.

Hope that makes sence fellas really need your help as we have important e mails on there for the wedding cheers guys

So you're trying to run it off MSN messenger?

Have you tried just going to Hotmail.com and loading it from there. I've got mine up and running on Firefox and have no problems.

Yeah running it through MSN is sometimes a load slower too just go to hotmail.com and sign in from there.

still no joy fellas the tab says https://login.live.com/pps...

But then wont load and then wont close either really doing my head in now thanks for your help fellas

Is your browser optimised to accept Windows LIVE mail?

Which web browser do you use?

If it's Internet Explorer you could try and follow these steps to optimise it: Steps
Or alternatively you could just download firefox and see if that works better as it's a better browser than most for windows machines and wont clutter up when trying to access big email accounts like IE can and does.

do you downloads stuff from net, then its put a file called groupmanager.exe on your laptop which now means you have a virus and need to fully re-install everything.

cheack task manager i bet its there

i just started usin firefox
