I did get it. They asked if I wanted the job and when i said yes, they said "Avit".

Well, I told my boss that I've got a new job and am leaving.
Tears? Anger? Feelings of loss and shame?

Nah, she didn't give a monkeys chuff. Might as well have phoned her to tell her I'm wearing odd socks (which I'm not).

At least I know that leaving was the good choice!

i told you mate she devestated on the inside...i think you should have just grabbed her by the arms and smooched the life out of her...then pick her up in your arms...all the time maintaining deep eye contact that see's right through to the soul...then carried her over to her desk and began slowly but passionatly kissing her neck, the kisses then should began to slowly make their way up to the chin...each time your lips exploring her features and contours of her face...then when your lips are close to being entwined in a passionate embrace, and you are so close you can taste her sweet breath...slowly tell her "STICK YER FECKIN JOB UP YER ARSE!"

It's doing exactly the same thing as I do now, for the same compnay, in a different department, but for more money!

isn't everything these days listed as Universal opportunities even though its not and they tell its not at interviews

dunno...last time i went to the job centre was 1997...dont even know what most jobs would be listed as nowadays
