Well to be honest quite shocked mate...

You had a bad week last week and didnt enjoy it, but you were enjoying it up to last week.

I'm not sure how to take this as your a good guy Mike but it looks like your quitting coz you had a bad week.

Ok well gonna have to have a look at the format then as it means we are down to 18 and I was hoping to get back up to 20.

I dont wanna cancel another week but we might have too.
If so I hope some still create a lobby adn play some games..

It's nothing to do with having a bad week mate, far from it. Have been thinking about it before that week though.

Heck if I played tonight as the host I should have been able to regain the top spot as the host advantage is too much in private wingman games.

I think its just that I am begining to feel that wingman games are no fun anymore (when there is a competitive element) and I don't want to strat to hate playing Gears as I love it so much

Ahh sod it I will keep my place but would greatly appreciate if you could postpone this weeks game.

Would much rather play with my proper partner than have a sub use TL's place

I really don;t want this to be postponed again was gutted last week even though we had some good games of public with mackam and ozzy. Nothing like the wingman comp to bring a smile to my face

Ozzy/Robafet can you guys roll call up some of your friends tonight for this in case we are short.

I think bar TL/Dong maybe 1 other we should have a full house but nice to have subs.

Sorry guys I can not make tonight and probably the clan game tomorrow. Wife has been taken into hospital and I'm on my way now although I'm in midlands so will take a while. May be better to put it off another week and see who wants in and who doesn't also anybody new filling in the places already vacant.

I may or may not make the clan game depends on what happens but tonight is def no no (unless a miracle happens) so.

As I understood it partners can't be choosen? I wanted to do this a few weeks ago as I had friend who could help but its unfair on the others. Idea is top of league gets bottom of league so if we draft our friends in then nobody would have chance. Like I said above there is more out this week than last week so probably better to put it off until people are back.

I hope to god everything is ok.

I will get the clan match rearranged to another date for sure. We need you in that match to help lead with ozzy.

As for the Wingman tonight.
I know Tl63, Dong, Mackam(yourself) are out but I cant really cancel with just those few. I will have words but may have to get a sub in for you chap (though Bennet was looking foward to partnering with you).
Anyway this isnt important with so much on your mind, dont worry about this it'll be either cancelled or we will get a sub in.

Sorry Bennett looks like you will have to play with me after all. Spent most of day at hospital and the missus sent me home as I was starting to look worse than her and deflecting her simpathy.

I will not be 100% (get excuses in now!) but may take my mind off it. If Mike will lie down and let me kill him a few times I may even smile!!!

Well done for sorting this comp out DM, it is very difficult to do with 20 players but I really enjoy it and one of the reasons I joined up as it sounded a laugh. Every week there is a drama so well done for staying with it!!!

If I can't make it then I am going to pull out and let someone else take my points

I don't want to be replaced by a sub and have any potentila points scored for me by someone else

Don't forget we have a clan game in 3 weeks on the Wednesday so if we put it off again then it would need to go back even further for the final week. I would suggest we wait and see who can and can't make it. If like you say enough can't make it then put it off but we should wait until the near the time as we have put it off before then a lot of the people were online as they could make it after all. Hopefully you can get on Mike as it would be shame to call it day now (come on you know you want to). Who else can't make it? You said 2 def but they have not posted up?

Webby cant make it and not sure on Dong...? Hope he can but had some connection issues...

Well I am 60/40 now instead of 50/50 as have some time off work.
So I think we should try and keep it booked unless more drop out, hope you can make it Mike, get back to me mate. Prefer both you, Mackam, Ozzy & Dong to all be on as your all in the fight for teh title in some respects...

I could try and move it to say Tues/Thurs if that helps but then I'm not sure about everybody else having issues...

I'll give it til tomorrow before announcing what happens.

I'm actually in favour of moving just because I'm pretty busy, webby is away, Mike has visitors.
We do have a clan match on the weds in March...

hmmm...

I propose

START BACK NEXT WEEK FOR DEFINATE

then another week gap for clan match...

AND THEN LAST MATCH AFTER THAT...

I have to admit I am in process of doing prizes so be nice to have a little more time to sort.

Shame as its nice to all get together on a Weds...
Maybe we could do a mini one night tourny on Gears with 10 peeps...Maybe Mackam & Ozzy could have a think can be any mode. If not we could have a Gears 2 Practise night....?

Get back to me need to decide by tomorrow...
