Week 1 fixture. Gobstoppers vs Iced Gems. GOBSTOPERS WIN
Gobstoppers
1. Villager
2. Lam
3. Ego
Iced Gems
1. Sammaid
2. Jaffacakes
3. YoureDeadDarko
Round 1. HC TDM - Vacant
DRAW 480 - 480 MVP Villager
The Iced Gems held a 5 - 8 kill lead throughout the round. They still had a 5 kill lead with 1 min left on the clock. Villager got and used a UAV and the Gobstoppers ran in guns blazing to steal a draw.
Round 2 Domination - Strike
GOBSTOPPERS WIN 200 - 169 MVP Jaffacakes
Iced Gems got off to a good start holding A & C for the early exchanges. They had a 40 point lead at the halfway stage. Gobstoppers kept hitting differnt points and clawed their way back to around 160pts each then the Gobstoppers managed to capture all three points for a couple of minutes which basically put us in the lead enough to hold just one flag for the win.
Round 3 HQ - Crash
GOBSTOPPERS WIN 200-190 MVP Jaffackes.
This was a riot,,, a tense nervy riot. Yet again the Iced Gems made all the early running with Jaffacakes murding us at close range, on a number of occassions he took out all the Gobstoppers singlehandedly... netting 55 kills by the end of the round. The Gems had a healthy lead,, to the point the Gobstoppers had allready accepted defeat on this round and were getting ready for the last TDM.... then somehow we started getting back into it. We managed to claw ourselves back to 190 each with less than a minute on the clock, looked like another drawn round but Villager stormed in and cleared a path, although he died heroically it gave enough room to for Ego and lam to run in and take the HQ. Stealing the round, the match and the GLORY!!!!
Round 4 TDM - Bloc
ICED GEMS WIN - 330 - 240
Well, mabey because the Gobstoppers had allready won, mabey not... but the Gobby ones took their feet of the pedals in this one,,, Lam tried sniping!!! Anyway, we ended up camped in the swimming pool which was working a treat, unfortunately the Gems allready had a lead so we were forced to push out and chase the win.... we had our heads popped from distance most of the time and Gems took home an easy round.
Final Result 2-1 to the Gobstoppers with 1 Drawn round.
Many thanks guys,,, was really cool... like a great clan match. very close and tense and very enjoyable...

BANANA SPLITS vs DUNKING DONUTS
BANANA SPLITS
-hodgy21
-stumagoo
-animal
DUNKIN' DONUTS
-rossinio
-karl
-maxine
Round 1:
The Donuts were fortunate to hide inside the safest location you can get when the Choppers can be called in. The Donuts crept in a conga line around the inside of the complex blissfully unaware that Hodgy was now on the loose. After a few minutes he picked off Karl, who then became separated and the attempts at regrouping sparked off the majority of the conflict. Hodgy carved through opposition with his G3, and cause so much pain that the Donuts had to fall back and hide. After the whitewash was complete, and Hodgy had stopped bathing in our blood, the score resolved into a power victory for the Banana Splits.
Round 2:
Domination - A lot of plaudits should go to Mupperami, who's defence of flag A was excellent. The man held that flag from onslaugh 99.9% of the time meaning that the Donnut attack force had to face up against Hodgy and Stu Magoo, had had a few handy spots all set out. Suffice to say that, despite a good middle stint of owning two points, the Donuts were pushed back to having only C left and thats how the round ended. Banana Splits took another victory. Maxxxine also did a bang up job of defending C from the odd attack or two.
Round 3:
Shotgun Frenzy! The Donuts performed so well they had time to teabag, and perhaps could have claimed a victory if it wasn't for Hodgy and his Pistol Power. Granted, the Splits had great shotgun skills, but at times, Hodgy would pick off people from greater distances with his desert eagle. Still, credit where credits due, the Donuts were slightly better at close quarters, most of the time, but once the HQs were up, the Splits were a lot better defensively and acheived a narrow victory.
Round 4:
The Donuts had nothing to lose, so the early plan was to have a picnic in one of the apartment Blocs. The entries were covered and their initial stubbornness rewarded them with an early lead. However, once the Splits co-ordinated their attacks better, the Donut picnic was ruined. With a few very unfortunate spawns, and some good marksmanship, the Splits pulled away into the lead and with 8 seconds to go, the Donuts conceded victory when Rossinio affectionately team killed both Maxxxine and Karl before holding onto a Grenade for too long... WHAT? You can't give people a pat on the back so I used bullets!

TEAM KIT KAT CHUNKY
KLURR
OZZY
MGC HUGH JANUS
VS
TEAM HOBNOBS
MIGHTYBOOSH (capt.)
BECOMINGARCHER
ANDYANNIHILATE
ROUND ONE:
KIT KAT CHUNKYS 400
HOBNOBS 180
Well we was detroyed this round and was always chasing it. Klurr was on fire and Ozzy and MgC Hugh Janus gave her good support.
ROUND TWO:
KIT KAT CHUNKYS 186
HOBNOBS 200
Well this was a very close round but our good start just give us a nice lead. Until the last few minutes when the chunkys got a helicopter and we lost all 3 flags. A bit of panic from us but then we just got lucky and snuck 1, and then 2 flags to just ease out the result.
ROUND THREE:
KIT KAT CHUNKYS 115
HOBNOBS 250
Well after we started quite bad and Kit Kat got the earlt headquaters, we then got into gear and brilliantly worked as a team and grabbed the next few headquaters. We had some luck but good choke point killing meant we made our headquaters count each time.
ROUND FOUR:
KIT KAT CHUNKY 110
HOBNOBS 160
Very close final round. And dont think their was a shot fired in first 4 minutes or so. Then Archer picked up a lovely 2 kills quickly that gave us some thing to hold on to.
Kit Kat assaulted us in the last few minutes and put us under a lot of pressure and took it to the wire.
COMMENTS:
Thanks all was very close and after being demolished Team Hobnons did well to come back.
Unlucky Team Kit kat Chunky, you was very unlucky as round 2 could have gone your way and then we'd have been 0-2 down.

Week 1 Fixture:- Jammy Dodgers v Curly Wurlys
Jammy Dodgers
Shadow Danc3r
MrTaytos
Bennett MWG
Curly Wurlys
TheRussianHare
TehBlueBear
Me1tdown101
Round 1:- Hardcore TDM on Vacant
A very close first round with the lead switching several times until the Jammy Dodgers managed to pip themselves home in the last minute or so with some great teamwork in the outside main entrance area.
CW's 390 - 480 JD's (0-1)
MVP- Bennett (18 kills) although special praise for Shadow with 16-3 K.D. Ratio
Round 2:- Domination on Strike
With both sides taking their respective flags the onus would be on taking the important B flag, both sides getting close in a period of jockeying for position, finally the Jammy Dodgers had taken the elusive B and that lead of 80 points by the time the Curly Wurlys had managed to get a flag actually good strategy by RussianHare and a ninja's approach by Meltdown had stopped the proverbial rot. This lead was too great to mount a serious fightback, as the switch in flag fortunes was only temporary.
CW's 117 - 201 JD's (0-2)
MVP:- A Very Impressive MrTaytos (21 kills)
Round 3:- Super Special Shotguns HQ on Crash
This was very good fun personally, and thanks to Boosh and Hodgy for devising the round up. Same story here a good lead built up with brief spells of CW HQ-age with every time a different Curly Wurly member holding fort valiantly (perhaps uncoincidentally all the time in the 3 storey block), the difference that was built up was too much at the end though.
CW's 85 - 200 JD's (0-3)
MVP:- Meltdown (29 kills)
Round 4:- TDM on Bloc
To avoid the whitewash... A typical snipe v anti snipe battle took place well marshalled by Bennett allowed the Jammy Dodgers to get the ascendancy and therefore led Hare to change ideas and meet rapid fire with rapid fire- this seemed to pay dividends... briefly( good knifing by Bluebear and Hare led the charge) but yet again Shadow was immense and the JD's took it!
CW's 115 - 410 JD's (4-0)
MVP- Shadow Danc3r (A lot... so many stopped looking)
Conclusion
A very enjoyable first match in which I hope will be a very enjoyable series of matches. Congrats Jammy Dodgers, who in contrast to their name were far from Jammy, and possessed a high standard of skill and teamwork well led.

Nice report Ego,games were good really enjoyed it. My favorite was the shotgun round epic and so close thought another drawn then you snatched it at the last minute. Again apologies for the abrubt ending of my connection in the after lobby.Still good job it went then and not in the games.

In all honesty I knew that you were defending it and we didn't lose it so I put 2 and 2 together...

Game 2 of Team Tactical League
Curly Wurlys
Me1tdown101
TheRussianHare
Bluebear
Kit Kat Chunkys
Its Klurr
Hugh Janus
Ozzy1808
Round 1 HTD on Ambush
C.W's 220- 410 K.K.C's(0-1), MVP- Ozzy and Hugh (Both 17)
This first round was going to be a tactical affair and it was evident how both had decided, as the Curly Wurlys had the sniping edge we thought to snipe them but this idea was totally scrapped as the Kit Kats took the first game with great CQC teamwork. Ozzy with brilliant leadership led a mostly LMG attack and they covered each other well. Before the Curly Wurly's knew better they were 100 points down with half way through and it ended as a contest there.
Round 2- Domination on Backlot
C.W's 154 - 200 K.K.C's (0-2),MVP -Ozzy (216 points and most kills)
Again the slow start from the Curly Wurlys and the team ethic of the Kit Kats gave them a handsome lead, one the Curly Wurly's never recovered from... cleverly using the camping points on the flag positions allowed the Kit Kats to "dominate" (Thought I might get the pun in somewhere) and Capitalise with the strong start, taking the C flag and the vital B flag for the majority gave them too much of a lead despite the Curly Wurlys improving late on and showing the fight in themselves.
Round 3- Muppet Hunting Snipes on Countdown
C.W's 350 - 250 K.K.C's (1-2) - MVP TheRussianHare (13 Kills)
Naturally the Curly Wurlys thought this could be the time to start making a push and potentially sneak the important draw. This was always going to be the C.W's favourite round and one the K.K'S not so fond of. Good pushing and finally good teamwork by the Curly Wurlys got them the better of the start, the Hare (naturally) gained the upper hand in the long range battle and so by the end in pure desperation to gain the points needed the Kit Kats came closer to and went round the perimeter to attack close up... this making the game more of a pistol fight than a sniper round. But this well worked effort was to be in vain.
Round 4 TD on Bog
C.W'S 220- 210 K.K.C's (2-2), MVP - Bluebear (10 Kills)
This had everyone reaching deep inside for that bit extra and a clue of how the game was to be played. The Kit Kats gained the control of proceeding when deciding not to move out of the north "low fence" area and allowing the Curly Wurlys to move up through the buildings. This dissoved into a tense tit for tat battle and even more tense when 4 of the 6 players forgot about the 9 lives rule, even the Host (silly host), the death lobby was like an american cheerleading team at the end... Bluebear took the most kills but kudos on RussianHare who died Twice in the match... both when he was all alone.
Final Score C.W's 2-2 K.K.C's
Lots of fun... very tense and well matched, I believe the draw was a fair result and has given both teams belief that they can go on shock some of the "more experienced" teams and nick a qualifying place. Well Done to all!!

Re: RESULTS STORED HERE:
HOBNOBS 4 VS 0 GOBSTOPPERS
ROUND 1
HOBNOBS 160 VS 150 GOBSTOPPERS
(Very close game that Gobstoppers was very close to winning and had a 3 kill lead with less than a minute left and we had also lost Andy. We decided to just go for it, chuck in our grenades and storm the area we knew they was camping. We managed to get a few kills each and then a respawned gobstopper and took a small lead. We then hid for last 10 secs. Very close, MVP Archer & Villagerr.)
ROUND 2
HOBNOBS 200 VS 145 GOBSTOPPERS
(Well we got the perfect start and our tactics seem to be working well chaps, we took B importantly adn then used some tactics that I won't reveal ((no glitching lam)). Bar the frustration of some of lemonys hooligans we managed to win this. MVP Boosh & Archer)
ROUND 3
HOBNOBS 280 VS 140 GOBSTOPPERS
(Well what can I say my fav weapon on Countdown surely we couldnt lose. Well blowing my own trumpet (hehe) I managed to pickup 23 kills and was the MVP this round.
ROUND 4
HOBNOBS 270 VS 180 GOBSTOPPERS
(Well another snipey map which suited myself. By this point Gobstoppers were bewildered and like a rabbit in a cars headlights. Poor Lam actually begged for mercy but we game him none...MVP Boosh).
Was a fun game though think the first game was pivotal as Gobstoppers hsould have won and if they had would have put pressure on us.
Cheers for games chaps.
